BUTTER MASALA PASTA
Your new favorite addition to the dinner menu rotation! The makhani (butter) sauce is creamy, slightly spicy, and everything we all love in a great pasta dish!
Fry chopped onions in butter. Once browned, blend in a food processor and then return it to the pan.
Sauté the onions with tomato paste and ginger garlic paste. In the meantime, boil the pasta
Once the tomato sauce has darkened, add in the spice mixture. Once thick, add the heavy cream.
Add the pasta water to thin the sauce, and then mix in the al dente pasta.
