Just in time for the summer! This authentic, restaurant style Mango Lassi is easy to make at home in a blender with just four ingredients in just five minutes. It's sweet, refreshing, and made with the best mangoes ever!


– 1 cup mango pulp – 1 cup full fat yogurt – ½ cup whole milk – 2 tsp sugar – ½ tsp cardamom powder

Add the ingredients to a blender

Blend until fully smooth, creamy, and thick

Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

Garnish with saffron and chopped almonds and pistachios
