watermelon juice
(½ small watermelon)

water

oz
lime juice

rosewater
ice, mint sprigs, dried rose petals, watermelon wedges
for serving
Instructions
Blend the pulp of ½ a small watermelon until smooth. Strain the juice into a pitcher.
Add the water, lime juice, and rose water into the pitcher and stir to combine.
Serve chilled over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs, dried rose petals, and watermelon wedges.
Notes
If you'd like a sweeter juice, substitute the water with simple syrup.
The watermelon juice may separate over time. Simply give it a stir for it to come together again.
