We're making two types of chutney sandwiches - one with mango chutney and one with cilantro-mint chutney!
You'll only need 5 ingredients!
– 4 slices of brioche bread – 1 tbsp cilantro-mint chutney – 1 tbsp mango chutney – 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded – 1 tsp chaat masala (optional) – 1 tbsp ghee
Start by adding ghee to a cast iron and begin building your sandwich!
Toast it until it's golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted
And you're ready to enjoy!!
