– 10 oz ginger, *see notes – 10 oz garlic cloves – 2 tablespoon sunflower oil


Prep the fresh ginger and garlic by peeling them.


Add the peeled ginger and garlic to a blender along with a splash of oil.


Blend until the mixture turns into a thick paste.

Use it in Indian curries, sabzis, and marinades!  There's nothing better than fresh, homemade ginger garlic paste. Store it in your fridge for up to 3 months!
