Orzo cacio e Pepe

All you need is: – 16 oz orzo – 4 oz pecorino romano, finely grated – 1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly cracked – 4 oz chicken broth, low sodium – 2 tablespoon unsalted butter

Lightly toast the orzo in butter until it's golden

Cook the orzo in chicken broth until it's al dente

It'll be light, fluffy, and creamy when done

Next, add the pecorino and freshly grated black pepper and stir. Add more chicken broth the sauce is silky smooth
