Celebrate special occasions and festivals with this simple Rice Kheer, a fragrant Indian rice pudding made with a base of basmati rice, whole milk, and sugar!

Rice Kheer is especially wonderful for weddings and during Diwali, the Festival of Lights!

The ingredients you''ll need:

Rinse 1/4 a cup of rice until the water runs completely clear. Then, soak it in water for up to 30 minutes to allow for n even cook.
