medjool dates

Instructions
Pit the dates if they are unpitted. (Optional) Soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them.
Add the dates, milk, banana, and shot of espresso to a blender with a quarter cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour the latte into a tall glass and enjoy.
