Apple cider slushie

This apple cider slushie has that wonderful apple cider flavor that's amplified with cozy spices - nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. It's also a great way to store extra apple cider before it expires to make slushies whenever you want.

Ingredients

– 32 oz apple cider – 1 cup ice – ½ teaspoon lemon juice – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg – ¼ teaspoon ginger powder – ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

FREEZE APPLE CIDER

Freeze the rest of the apple cider in ice cube trays for 4-5 hours until solid.

BLEND THE SLUSHIE

Add the apple cider ice cubes, ice cubes, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves to a blender. Blend on the frozen / ice setting on the blender until it forms a thick slushie consistency. Keep running the blender until all large cubes are pulverized.

Spoon the slushie into cups. Garnish with a rosemary stem and thinly sliced apples

Enjoy the slushie before it melts too much!
